Ready to start? If you are ready to get started we can get you booked in for your intake appointment. See below and choose The Initial Visit & Health Assessment. If you have some questions before setting up your initial visit you’re welcome to book a Free 15 min Alignment Phone Call where I can answer your questions and I can share more about my methodology of transformational care. Please note you must be an Ontario Resident to book any visit with Dr. Carolyn ND.

RETURNING PATIENTS:

For returning patients there are two main options: For those on a regular follow-up schedule as part of your transformational program, please book a Momentum Visit. If you wish to have a longer appointment, have labs to review, or if it has been longer than 6 months since your last visit, please book an Extended Follow Through appointment to ensure that we have time to review any changes in your health and create an updated plan. If it has been longer than 1 year since your last visit, please book a 1 hour Reactivate & Reset Your Health Appointment.

I have over 16 years of clinical experience leading and supporting women towards attaining their health goals. I have a special interest in helping women who want to transform their mental, hormone and gut health and are ready to feel their best. My professional super powers include listening deeply to patients, recognizing and correcting underlying imbalances to your symptoms and aligning your lifestyle practices with your goals.
